EE Charges Me Monthly But Provides Poor Service and Useless Customer Support
Paying about £60 a month for my phone contract, I have been a devoted EE subscriber for a few years. Still, the quality of the services has lately dropped noticeably. Even simple chores like surfing or streaming become difficult on the slow and erratic mobile internet. On several times, I have been in supposedly "full coverage areas" but have been caught without data connection. Another problem is getting customer service. The automated phone system guides me back to the app, a tiresome, never-ending cycle as the app constantly advises phoning the hotline. Answers to customer service questions sometimes seem contemptuous and useless. After years of allegiance, I find great disappointment with how EE has handled the service drop. For a more consistent experience, I have decided to change providers.
