BSNL Gives Me the Worst Network and Customer Service Experience

I have only ever utilized better networks than BSNL. Its inadequate service consistently lets my family down. To make matters worse, their customer service is practically nonexistent; the signal is erratic; the internet speed is annoyingly slow. They hardly answer calls, and when they do, they either appear hardly interested in helping at all or lack a suitable answer. They seem to simply not give their consumers any thought. Though nothing ever improves, I have tried to be patient. My simple advise is not to waste your money if you are considering getting BSNL for WiFi or mobile. Far better choices are available right now.
