Unable to Cancel Flight Booked Through eDreams – No Customer Support Available
I purchased a flight ticket through eDreams, but despite having over 48 hours until my flight, I’m unable to cancel it. When I seek assistance, eDreams redirects me to Aker, and Ajet rightfully says they can’t help since I didn’t buy the ticket directly from them. Ajet advised me to process the cancellation through the channel I paid through, yet I can't reach anyone at eDreams for support. I am requesting urgent help from eDreams to cancel my booking and process the refund as needed.
