I Can’t Check In for AJet Flight via EDreams Due to Wrong Surname on My Ticket

On August 5, 2025, I purchased an AJet flight ticket through EDreams (PNR: 328DBC). However, when I tried to check in, I realized my surname had been entered incorrectly, preventing me from completing the check-in process. As soon as I noticed the error, I contacted the airline first, but they told me they couldn’t make any changes and that EDreams, as the travel agency, was responsible for resolving it.

I then reached out to EDreams via their live support. Unfortunately, they informed me that name corrections were not possible and offered no alternative solution. Their customer service was not helpful, and I couldn’t get proper support in Turkish either.

This issue remains unresolved, and I’m now stuck with a ticket I can’t use. I paid by bank card and expect this problem to be corrected immediately. I’m especially disappointed considering other agencies offer similar prices with better support. I request that EDreams promptly correct the surname on my ticket and ensure I can use what I paid for.
