No Ticket or PNR Number After Booking on eDreams Through Skyscanner—Requesting Refund


I booked a ticket through Skyscanner, which redirected me to eDreams to complete the purchase. However, I never received my ticket or PNR number. My eDreams reservation reference code is 18555466864, airline reference: CPGN77, flight: PC5015. I am unable to complete the online check-in, and it seems like my booking hasn’t been processed correctly. This is unacceptable, and I am requesting a full refund immediately. Please address this issue as soon as possible and process my refund, as I cannot use the service I paid for without a valid ticket or PNR number. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

It has been 2 months, and there is still no response. No refund has been made. eDreams is truly a complete disappointment. Do not buy from them. Refund it.
