I Never Subscribed to eDreams, Yet They’re Charging Me Without Consent

I’m incredibly frustrated with eDreams and want nothing more than to cut ties with this company. I only used the platform once to buy a single ticket—I never signed up for any subscription or membership. Yet, I suddenly received a notification that money would be deducted from my account for a service I never agreed to.
To make matters worse, their only listed contact number is international and doesn’t even work. I’ve tried to reach them, but there’s no proper method to contact support from Turkey, and their website offers no clear guidance. I feel completely stuck and tricked into paying for something I never knowingly agreed to.
eDreams needs to cancel this unauthorized charge immediately and remove my account from their system. I’m demanding a full explanation and cancellation right now. If this is not resolved quickly, I’ll be forced to report this as unauthorized billing.
