I recently discovered that an eDreams Prime membership was started on my account without my knowledge or consent, and a total of €119.99 (around ₺) was withdrawn from my bank account. I have no idea when or how this subscription was activated—there was no clear notice, no confirmation email, and certainly no approval from me.

eDreams has become extremely frustrating to deal with. Their system seems designed to trick users into unwanted memberships, and there is no easy or transparent way to cancel. I never wanted this membership in the first place.

I need immediate instructions on how to cancel my eDreams Prime subscription and how to get my money refunded. I didn’t use the service and did not authorize the charge. This is unacceptable. eDreams must take responsibility and resolve this issue without delay.
