I Face eDreams Unauthorized Monthly Charges After One-Time Flight Booking

I made a flight booking through eDreams on December 19, 2025, and paid an additional R229 ($12) for luggage. After this one-time payment, the same amount of R229 ($12) has been deducted from my Capitec bank account every month without my authorization—in January, February, and at the end of March.
I did not knowingly sign up for any recurring payment or subscription and only intended to make a one-time payment for luggage for that specific flight. These unauthorized monthly charges have caused me unnecessary financial loss, along with additional bank debit order fees.
I have not received any explanation from eDreams, and I only realized that the same amount was being repeatedly deducted after reviewing my bank statements. Through this complaint, I am requesting a full refund of the total amount of R687 ($36) taken from my account over three months, as well as reimbursement for all related debit order fees charged by my bank due to these transactions.
I also request that any recurring payment, subscription, or automatic debit linked to my booking and my Capitec account be canceled immediately to prevent any further unauthorized charges.
