On 23 January 2026, after booking a flight ticket through Edreams, I discovered that I was enrolled in a monthly subscription without my clear consent, and I am now being charged R229 per month. I am based in South Africa, and the payments are taken from my Absa bank card. So far, this subscription fee has been charged twice. There is no clear or accessible option to cancel this subscription on Edreams, and their customer service has been unreachable, which makes it impossible for me to stop these charges through their platform. I request a full refund of the two R229 subscription charges that have been taken so far and the immediate cancellation of this subscription so that no further amounts are deducted from my account.
