eDreams PR Barcelona Charge I Never Approved

I am writing to report unauthorized charges that eDreams has taken from my bank card without my consent, linked to my eDreams account. The issue started after I created an eDreams account and bought a flight ticket in February last year from South Africa, and then it happened again this year. I recently noticed another deduction of R229 today, labeled “eDreams PR Barcelona,” even though I did not knowingly subscribe to any ongoing service or authorize such payments. These charges began after what I believed was a one‑time ticket purchase, and I was not clearly informed about any recurring membership or subscription that would continue charging my card. I tried to reach eDreams support by phone, but my calls were not picked up, so I have not been able to resolve this directly with the company. I request that eDreams investigate these unauthorized deductions from my bank card, refund all the money that has been deducted without my clear consent, and cancel any membership or subscription that may have been started on my account. I also ask for written confirmation that no further charges will be taken from my card without my explicit approval.
