eDreams Unauthorized Subscription Charges And Refund Request Complaint

A yearly subscription was started on eDreams without my knowledge or consent, and I only realized today that ZAR135 has been charged to my card every month for the past three months, totaling ZAR405. I never received any notification, confirmation message, or invoice regarding this subscription. When I discovered the issue, I tried contacting online support and sent an email, but I couldn’t reach anyone, and the only number provided was an international phone line I wasn’t able to call. I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the total amount charged to my card so far be refunded.
