Dear eDreams Customer Support, I recently noticed that I have been charged R135 per month since May for a subscription with eDreams Prime. I did not intend to purchase this subscription, and I kindly request that you cancel it immediately. Additionally, I would greatly appreciate it if you could refund all charges that have been deducted from my account from May up to September, as I have not used or benefited from the subscription. Please confirm the cancellation and advise on the refund process. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards.
