eDreams Auto-Charged My Card Without Consent — Support Not Responding

A yearly subscription was started on eDreams without my knowledge or consent. I only realized today that $8 has been charged to my card every month for the past three months — a total of $25. I never received any notification, confirmation message, or invoice regarding this subscription. When I discovered the issue, I tried contacting online support and sent an email, but I couldn’t reach anyone. Only an international phone number was provided, which I wasn’t able to call.
I request that my subscription be canceled immediately and that the total amount charged to my card so far be refunded.
