On October 7, I bought a ticket via eDreams with the subscription number 18782840770. I've noticed a monthly charge of $12.35 on my credit card that I wasn't aware of and didn't agree to. Even after I closed my credit card, the charge keeps showing up every month as if I had approved it. I never consented to any subscription or recurring payment, so I request that this charge be canceled right away. This situation is quite frustrating for me, and I would appreciate your prompt attention to resolving the issue by halting the recurring payment and ensuring that no additional charges occur. I appreciate your attention to this matter.
