eDreams Unauthorized Charge and No Customer Support


I booked an international flight through eDreams in October, and the process seemed fine at first. However, in November, I saw a $99 charge on my credit card for a membership or annual service I never approved, requested, or even knew existed. I have no idea what this charge is for or why it was applied. To make matters worse, eDreams makes it impossible to contact customer service. There is no clear phone number on their website or app, despite claims you can call them online. I have searched everywhere and still cannot reach anyone to address this issue. This feels like a fraudulent practice. I demand a full refund for this unauthorized charge and expect better transparency and support from this company.
