eDreams Took My Money but Did Not Send the PNR Code for My Flight Ticket

I bought a ticket through the eDreams website. However, the PNR CODE of the ticket was not sent to me. I cannot check whether I have a ticket or not. My holiday plan was interrupted. When I call the relevant flight company, they say that your ticket is not visible because there is no PNR code. I am very confused. I paid so much money and bought a return ticket and accommodation. But if I do not have a departure ticket, everything and all my family and permissions will be in vain. It is a very bad site. They leave you in the middle. There is neither a customer service number nor an e-mail address on the site. The edreams site is a waste.
