eDreams Charged Me but Didn't Issue My Flight Ticket – No Refund

I purchased a flight ticket through E Dreams, and the amount was successfully deducted from my account, yet I never received a PNR or reservation confirmation from Flynas. Despite this, E Dreams still took my money and refuses to provide a proper resolution.
When I try to request a refund, E Dreams redirects me to Flynas' website, where no booking exists since the ticket was never issued in the first place. How am I supposed to get my money back when the airline has no record of my booking?
Adding to the frustration, there is no customer service number to reach a real representative. I demand an immediate refund for the money E Dreams took without providing a ticket!
