EDreams Prime Charged Without Consent! No Support, No Refund
I just discovered that EDreams Prime signed me up for a membership and charged me ₺4000 without my permission. I never subscribed, and yet the amount was taken from my account without my knowledge. To make things worse, their customer service is impossible to reach—they keep giving me a useless number, and no one responds to my inquiries. I have no way to cancel or get my money back. Even though my Akbank card had no available limit, somehow EDreams still managed to process the transaction. How is this even possible? EDreams must refund my money immediately and stop these unauthorized charges! Has anyone else had this happen? Fix this now, EDreams!
