eDreams Refund Request for Unauthorized Recurring Charges

While purchasing a flight ticket through Skyscanner, I was redirected to an app called eDreams. Following this redirection, even though I did not give any consent, sign up for membership, or request any subscription, my credit card has been charged $10 USD per month starting in October 2025. These charges appear on my credit card statement under the description “eDreams Aplicación Barcelona,” and so far this amount has been charged three consecutive times.
Despite my attempts to contact eDreams, I have been unable to reach the company, and therefore I have not been able to initiate any cancellation or refund process. The fact that money has been withdrawn from my card without my knowledge, explicit consent, or authorization is extremely disturbing and legally unacceptable.
I request that this unauthorized subscription be terminated immediately, that the total amount charged over the past three months since October 2025 (approximately $30 USD) be fully refunded to my credit card, and that I receive written confirmation regarding this matter.
