eDreams Flight Ticket Misspelling Name
Complaint: mispelling name of a flight ticket bought on Edreams When: May 2024 I bought two plane tickets on Edreams, using the Edreams account I pay for. In the meantime, I added a second last name to my passport. I contacted Edreams to add the name on the flight tickets. Edreams sent a message to the airlines but they refused to change the name because I didn't buy the ticket directly from them. I was then able to change the name if I had booked on the flight website instead of Edreams. Why do I pay 50 euros a year for the Edreams service? I called them, hours on the phone, and they cannot change the name. What does Edreams add as a service? What is the plus of buying at Edreams?
