eDreams Complaint - Refund Requested

edreams booking no: 21200613145 Used edreams to book flights. Selected my flights. Provided card details then press confirm. Then waited for about 5 minutes then got notification that in the meantime, the carrier had increased its fare. Notified did I want to accept at the hight fare. This happend about 5 times - each time was notified that carrier had in the meantime increased its fare. This whole process took about 30 minutes. I just wanted to stop and cancel. But of course no obvious way to do it. I refreshed the webpage, toggled back through to the original booking page in the hope that would have cancelled my request. Then 50 minutes later - I received another notification that the flights had been booked - in the meantime I had booked directly with the carrier. Edreams of course wouldn't help me said I needed to speak to the carrier. The carrier of course wouldn't refund me. But it was edreams appalling system and process that created the problems. I would be very grateful if I could have my flight costs refunded.
