eDreams Refused to Correct My Name or Transfer Booking for British Airways Flight
I booked a flight from Amsterdam to London with British Airways through eDreams for October 17–20, 2024, and completed the payment. However, during check-in, British Airways staff informed me that the name on my ticket only included my initials and family name, which they said was incorrect. They refused to make any changes, stating that eDreams needed to correct the error. After a long and frustrating exchange with eDreams customer "service," they refused to either adjust the name or transfer my booking to another flight. Their response was a complete refusal, accompanied by a rude and dismissive attitude. This felt like a direct insult to a customer. Why didn’t eDreams request the correct name format when I made the reservation? And why the refusal to offer a simple solution like a name correction or flight change?
