I purchased a flight ticket from eDreams, booking reference 20d571, under my name Ömer Özdemir. However, due to a character limitation with their German affiliate agency's keyboard, my name was incorrectly entered as "Oemer O**" instead of the correct spelling. This error was confirmed by eDreams to be on their end, yet they demanded an additional ₺4,980 for a name correction, which I was forced to pay since I had an urgent need to fly to France. As this issue was not caused by me, I believe it is entirely unfair to charge me for their technical limitations. I am requesting an immediate refund for the correction fee.
