Edreams Charged 99.99€ For Prime Membership Without My Consent

On September 22, 2025, I purchased a flight ticket through the eDreams website. During the purchase process, I did not approve any Prime membership or additional service, nor did I check any boxes for such an option. However, on the same day, I later noticed that 99.99 EUR (5,040.10 TL) was withdrawn from my Visa card for a Prime membership without my knowledge or consent.
After this, I submitted a spending dispute through my İş Bankası account and requested a cancellation of the membership through the eDreams app. Although the membership was canceled and will not renew automatically, the refund of the charged amount was refused.
Charging a membership fee without any prior notice or consent happened completely without my approval. My reservation code is GJV6UW. I demand a full refund of the Prime membership fee that was taken from me.
