eDreams Double Charge and Unresolved Insurance Refund Issues

From June 3rd to June 10th, I rented a car through the eDreams website. Despite the fact that I made two reservation changes, the first due to negative supplier reviews and the second due to a driver change, I was charged twice, each time for 1076 TL, despite the fact that they stated the changes were at an additional cost.

The excess of 976 TL was refunded, but the remaining 1,114 TL was not. I also purchased additional insurance through eDreams when renting the car. I contacted the insurance company due to changes in both reservations.

Both policies were cancelled, but the payments were not returned. I'd like a refund for the extra charges. I have been unable to contact anyone in charge. Emails were ineffective, and despite submitting a request via the chatbot, there has been no response.
