eDreams Car Rental Insurance and Deposit Refund Issue

I booked a rental car through eDreams to pick up at an airport abroad, opting for extra insurance through their site. However, when I arrived at the rental desk in MK, the agency informed me that the eDreams insurance wasn’t valid, forcing me to pay an additional ₺2500 for local insurance. Adding to the frustration, the deposit I paid through eDreams has yet to be refunded, and no one informed me about how this process would work. I only discovered the deposit charge when I reviewed my receipt. It seems there’s no proactive communication about this from eDreams. I urgently request a refund for both the unnecessary insurance charge and my deposit, as this experience has left me highly dissatisfied.
