Edreams Charged 99.99€ For Prime Membership Without My Consent

On September 21, 2025, at 09:44 in the morning, 99.99 EUR was withdrawn from my spouse’s İş Bankası card ending in 5216 by eDreams Prime Annual Gibraltar GI. I never requested any membership or subscription related to this. A year ago, I purchased a ticket through eDreams, but even then, I did not give any approval for a membership. I just noticed this charge, and I was never notified about it.

I request a full refund of this amount. I kindly ask for the matter to be investigated and for my grievance to be resolved.
