On 05.09.2025, I discovered that my card had been charged ₺3,228.02 by a service called eDreams Prime without my knowledge or consent. I have never had any prior transactions or membership with this company—in fact, I heard its name for the first time because of this incident. According to my card statement, the charge was processed from Barcelona and labeled as “Prime Annual.”
It is unacceptable to be billed for a membership I never started and for a service I never used. My bank only sent me a generic SMS saying, “If you didn’t make this transaction, file a dispute,” but provided no further assistance. I am now preparing to initiate a dispute process with my bank.
I demand an urgent investigation into this unauthorized transaction and the immediate refund of the ₺3,228.02 wrongly taken from my card. eDreams must be held accountable for charging customers without their consent.
