eDreams Quoted ₺150 for Prime, Charged £99.99 Without Consent

I joined eDreams, booked my first flight, and started the 14-day Prime trial. In the app I enabled the reminder option and received it on 31 August 2025. On 2 September 2025 I called to cancel before renewal. The agent offered a 50% discount and stated the Prime fee would be ₺150 per month. I accepted only on that basis. On 3 September 2025 my card was charged £99.99 for “Prime membership.” I did not agree to that price, and I was not told the charge would be in GBP. I called the same day. Support said there was no note about the quoted fee, but they would review the call recording within 72 hours. The charge was made to my Türkiye İş Bankası credit card. I have the receipt. This is misleading pricing and undisclosed currency conversion. I agreed to continue only because I was quoted ₺150. Requested resolution: Cancel my Prime membership immediately. Refund the full £99.99 to my original payment method. Confirm in writing that no further charges will be taken. If this is not resolved promptly, I will escalate through my bank and consumer authorities.
