Pegasus Airlines Delayed My Flight by 200 Minutes

My Pegasus Airlines flight from Çukurova Airport to Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, scheduled for October 29, 2026, was reportedly delayed by approximately 200 minutes, according to the notification message I received from the airline.

The PNR codes for my flights are 19B56C and 2DNYRL. This significant delay caused me considerable inconvenience, resulting in wasted time and disruption to my plans.

To compensate for the inconvenience I experienced, I request a full refund of my ticket costs, as well as payment of the delay compensation I am legally entitled to under the applicable regulations.

I am also attaching a screenshot of the delay notification as supporting evidence. I kindly ask Pegasus Airlines to investigate my complaint and resolve this matter as soon as possible.
