Parimatch ₹2,500 Deposit Declined: Refund or Credit Request

On 27 October 2026 at around 8:52 a.m., I tried to make a deposit of ₹2,500 to my Parimatch account. The transaction on the site appears as “Declined” and the deposit has failed. I am sharing this situation as a complaint because my deposit could not be completed and I am concerned about the status of my money. I request that my account and this transaction be checked urgently and that either the deposit be properly processed to my Parimatch balance or the full ₹2,500 be refunded to my bank/payment method without any loss. I expect a clear written explanation about why the transaction was declined and a quick resolution of my problem.
