Ecco Sandals from Via Port Caused Foot Pain – Store Refuses Warranty Support

I purchased a pair of Ecco sandals from Via Port on August 5, expecting a comfortable, high-quality product. However, after just two days of wearing them, my foot health suffered significantly due to the sandals' poor design or materials. When I returned to the store to explain the issue, I was told this wasn’t covered under warranty. I’m shocked that such a well-known brand refuses to stand behind their product, especially when it’s causing physical harm. I bought these sandals for their promised comfort and support, only to end up with pain and discomfort. I urgently request Ecco to take responsibility and address this issue. This level of disregard for customers' well-being is unacceptable.
