Ebebek Sold Me a Defective Toy—No Replacement or Support
On January 30, 2025, I purchased a toy from Ebebek, but just two days later, it stopped working. At first, I thought the battery had died, but after replacing it, the toy would only work for 2 seconds before stopping again.
I took it back to the store expecting an exchange or a solution, but they refused to take any action. This is completely unacceptable—why should customers be stuck with a faulty product while the store refuses to stand behind what they sell?
I demand an immediate replacement or a full refund. Ebebek needs to take responsibility for the products they sell. Has anyone else faced this issue? I won’t let this go until it’s resolved!
