eBay Order Not Delivered, Requesting Refund and Immediate Support

I purchased an item on eBay and was provided with tracking number EN335463982JP. However, the package has not been delivered to my address, and there’s been no progress despite waiting for a resolution.

I have reached out to eBay for assistance but have received no response from the seller or the platform. This lack of support has left me feeling frustrated and helpless. At this point, I am simply requesting a full refund for the undelivered item.
