I Ordered a Watch on eBay But Never Received It—and I Can’t Get a Refund

I purchased a watch from eBay, but the product never arrived. I waited patiently, tracked the package, and when I realized it wasn’t going to reach me, I submitted a refund request through eBay. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from the platform. No email, no update, no customer service support—absolutely nothing.
The tracking now shows the package was returned to the seller, but instead of taking responsibility, the seller is pushing me to resolve the issue with eBay directly. When I try to do that, I’m met with silence and zero accountability. There is no real point of contact, and the entire refund process feels like a dead end.
This experience has completely shattered my trust in eBay. A global marketplace should never treat its customers like this—leaving them with no product and no refund. I’m calling on eBay to respond to my claim immediately and issue the refund I am clearly entitled to. Until they fix this, I strongly advise others to think twice before shopping on this platform.
