I purchased a product on eBay in August, but it has been stuck in customs and unable to clear. After three months, the item was supposedly returned to the seller, but there is no confirmation of its delivery, nor have I received a refund. I have no information on the product's current location, and the lack of communication from eBay or the seller is unacceptable.

This situation has caused me immense frustration as I am left without the product or my money. eBay, I demand an immediate refund for this purchase and better transparency regarding the shipment’s status. As a customer, I expect prompt action to resolve this matter and restore trust in your platform.
