eBay Says My Glasses Were Delivered, But I Never Received Them

I ordered a pair of glasses on eBay, but although the tracking system shows them as delivered, I never received the package. I did not sign for or accept the delivery, yet eBay’s system claims the order was completed.

Now, I’m stuck trying to figure out where my item is. I have no way of knowing if it was lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address. I expected better from an international platform like eBay, but there is no clear way to resolve this issue.

eBay, I need an immediate solution! Either track my package properly and deliver it to me or issue a full refund. Buyers, be cautious—your order might be marked as "delivered" even if you never receive it!
