My eBay Shipping Delivered, But Not to Me!
Even though it was marked as delivered, my package still hasn't made it to me. It appears that it was given to the wrong person by mistake. I would appreciate a refund as this is a pressing matter; my package is currently in the possession of someone who has no connection to me. I placed my order on November 14th, and it was supposed to be delivered by December 13th. Today is the deadline, and my package still hasn't shown up. I'm having trouble getting in touch with eBay customer support. Their live chat feature seems to be automated and not very useful. I need immediate assistance from a customer service representative regarding this matter.
