eBay Did Not Refund Me After Item Was Returned by Customs

The item I purchased through the eBay website was returned without ever reaching me due to Turkish customs regulations. I followed all the necessary steps and waited patiently for the process to be completed. It has already been delivered back to the seller, but despite the timely return, I have not received any refund. I even provided tracking information to prove that the item was successfully returned. eBay customer service has not provided any assistance with this issue, and the seller has not responded to any of my messages.
