Hello. I ordered products on eBay, but they got stuck in customs and were ultimately returned by PTT (Turkish Post). I followed the tracking information closely, and it clearly shows that the package was delivered back to the seller. Despite this, when I opened a return case with eBay to get my money back, the seller responded claiming the package was “still on its way to me,” which is simply not true.
The tracking shows the items were returned and received by the seller. Yet, they are avoiding responsibility and refusing to acknowledge that the return was completed. I find this behavior dishonest and frustrating. I followed all the steps correctly, but the seller is trying to delay or possibly avoid refunding me.
