Outrageous Repair Charges for Dyson Pro2 Vacuum Motor

I'm disappointed with Dyson. I'm sorry to hear that, but it's disappointing that even though your Animal Pro2 vacuum cleaner is under warranty, they refused to fix the motor and motor filter issue, and instead blamed it on user error. They demanded a disappointing repair fee of 3180 TL. Dyson continues to disappoint by consistently charging exorbitant amounts for their brand. Why isn't this premium brand more solution-oriented? I'm disappointed. I'm disappointed to hear that my warranty is considered void if I vacuum construction dust, cat litter, or glass shards. Who vacuums glass shards? Seriously? I'm sorry to hear that you don't have a cat, and it's disappointing to know that your home hasn't seen any construction in years. Their excuses are disappointingly absurd, and I'm regrettably confident it's not user error. I'm disappointed in filing a complaint against Dyson.
