Dyson Animal Pro2 Breakdown and Outrageous Service Fee
My Dyson Animal Pro2 corded vacuum cleaner broke down. When I contacted the service, they charged me a service fee of 3700 ₺ without inspecting the product or diagnosing the fault. They insisted on payment before providing any service. Despite the potential cost of the fault being around 500 ₺, Dyson Turkey demands 3700 ₺, disregarding the actual issue and causing unnecessary distress for its customers. When I inquired about receiving the damaged part along with the product, their response was vague, stating, "We are sending it for recycling." It's evident that Dyson is not a brand that prioritizes customer convenience after the warranty period expires.

You are truly a disappointment for the consumer. In response to the complaint, you called and informed us that if we paid the standard service fee for the product, you could take the product, and there was nothing else you could do. However, you said that the excess amount would be refunded to us after the service was performed. Based on this, we sent the product to the service with the standard service fee, and only a cable was replaced. Now you are saying that there is nothing you can do and that you cannot refund the excess amount! Please, those considering buying Dyson, read this complaint carefully with all the details. After the warranty expires, you are left alone with a broken product!
