I Own a Dyson V15 and After 2 Years the Battery Died and Won’t Charge at All


Ever since I bought it, the display has never shown a full 60 minutes of battery life when fully charged. It didn't even show 45 minutes; it was only 36 minutes initially, and now it's dropped to a pathetic 32 minutes! I sent it in for service, and they claimed they "replaced the bottom part of the battery." Now, it shows 36 minutes again, which is still nowhere near the advertised 60 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. I paid a premium price for a vacuum with a certain battery life, and Dyson is clearly failing to deliver.
I've tried looking for information about this on Dyson's website, but I can't find anything. Their "digital assistant" is also useless. Dyson, I demand an explanation from an authorized representative regarding my V12's abysmal battery life! Provide a solution or replace my vacuum with one that actually delivers the advertised 60 minutes of power!
