I am absolutely furious with my Dyson V8 cordless stick vacuum! I bought it from Teknosa, and its battery lasts for less than 10 minutes on a full charge. Despite keeping it plugged in and fully charged, I get a pathetic 10 minutes of use before it dies. This is completely unacceptable for a product from a premium brand like Dyson.

To make matters worse, I can't find a single authorized representative at Teknosa to address this issue. I expected far better quality from Dyson. This product is clearly defective and a complete waste of my money.

Dyson, you need to rectify this immediately! This battery problem is a major flaw that renders my vacuum useless. Replace my Dyson V8 with a working unit that holds a proper charge! I demand a prompt response and a swift resolution to this blatant defect.
