Dyson 360 Robot Vacuum Fails to Clean Properly – Requesting Refund

I purchased the Dyson 360 robot vacuum, but I am completely dissatisfied with its performance. The device consistently fails to map rooms accurately, skips areas, and doesn’t clean along the edges or corners of walls. It performs erratically, often missing parts of the room, and struggles to return to its docking station. Instead, it gets stuck in one spot for hours.

I bought this product directly from the Dyson Türkiye website and now want to utilize the 14-day unconditional return policy to get a refund. Such poor performance is unacceptable for a high-end product. I expect Dyson to honor my request and process the return immediately. Please address this issue and arrange for a refund promptly.
