I purchased the Dyson Purifier Humidify+Cool Formaldehyde on November 23, and despite reviewing the box contents and product description before ordering, the spare filter promised as part of the November promotion was not included. When I contacted support, I was told that the spare filter was unavailable due to the “campaign being limited to stock availability.”
I waited specifically for the November campaign to take advantage of this promotion, only to be disappointed. I am requesting that Dyson resolve this issue by providing the spare filter as promised. Otherwise, I will have no choice but to return the product.
