Hello, about two years ago, we purchased a Dyson Purifier Humidify Cool Autoreact air purifier. Now, the device is showing a filter warning, and because the filter status is red, it’s no longer cleaning the air effectively. We are trying to buy a new filter, but none of the Dyson dealers have it in stock. When attempting to purchase online, it’s always out of stock. When will new filters be available?
I have allergic asthma and specifically chose this product to use in my bedroom, where air quality is critical. We bought this product for health reasons, and not being able to find a replacement filter has left us very disappointed. We signed up on the website to receive notifications when stock becomes available, but we never receive any updates. I have attached the invoice to my complaint. We urgently need your support to resolve this issue.
