Missing Parts Of Newly Purchased Dyson V15 Ignored By Customer Service

I ordered three Dyson V15s from abroad, anticipating outstanding quality and service, none of these high-priced vacuum cleaners ever made it out of the box. What a disappointment! when I called Dyson's customer care for help, they had the arrogance to tell me I had to pay for the repairs because the devices were purportedly out of warranty. Wait a minute! These goods were deliberately purchased as postpaid and globally guaranteed. Dyson's inability to keep their half of the bargain is scandalous. None of the three things I ordered work. They all seem to be duds! It's really perplexing that a purportedly world-renowned brand like Dyson can't seem to solve my problem. I trusted their reputation, and they completely let me down.
