Winzo Withdrawal Not Processed – PhonePe Balance Not Updated

I am a user of the Winzo app and I am facing an issue with a withdrawal related to the Jalwa game. I requested a withdrawal of my winning amount of 163 rupees, which Winzo marked as received/successful on March 13, 2026. However, the money has still not been credited to my PhonePe-linked bank account.

Despite the status showing that the withdrawal was completed, the amount of 163 rupees is not reflected in my PhonePe account balance. I waited and checked again, but there has been no update or correction from your side. I contacted Winzo customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or assistance.

This situation is causing unnecessary stress, as this is my legitimate winning amount. I request that my 163 rupees be immediately credited to my PhonePe-linked bank account and that you investigate and resolve any technical or transaction issue causing this delay. I also expect a clear confirmation once the transaction has been successfully completed.
