I purchased a Dyson V15 vacuum, and it broke down unexpectedly. Since I had misplaced the invoice, I reached out to Dyson customer service, expecting them to verify my purchase since I bought it directly from their website. Instead, they told me I had not purchased it from them—which is completely false!
I later found the invoice proving my purchase and contacted them again, only to be told the same excuse. They are deliberately stalling and trying to run down my warranty period rather than standing behind their product. What kind of premium brand does this?
I also bought another Dyson product, and when I called to report an issue, they again denied my purchase, even though I had clear proof that it was bought from their site. Dyson refuses to take responsibility for their own sales!
This experience has completely shattered my trust in Dyson. I demand an immediate resolution—either honor my warranty or issue a full refund. If this is how Dyson treats loyal customers, I will never buy from them again.
